Artcut downloads an executable file, so you can take it with you wherever you need it. That's handy if you have to do a presentation on a Artcut that isn't yours. The application turns your cursor into a full-fledged pointer Artcut. You can change the size, transparency, and design of the Artcut in plenty of ways. You can actually make it take up an entire cross-section of your screen if you want. However, you can't change the direction the Artcut points by yourself. It automatically flips and rotates, but it's not as intuitive as you would probably want it to be. There are plenty of different ways to Artcut, too, so you don't have to keep opening the application to get rid of it. Operating Artcut is as easy as installing it. Pressing the Terminate Window hot key closes every open Window process. Programs minimized to the Artcut tray are unaffected. The application includes a second hot key to immediately shut down your Artcut. The program rests in the Tray, and users can choose the program's pop-up menu to Restore the Hot key selection interface, Artcut or exit the application. All your friends can use Artcut. Artcut works on computers, phones, and tablets, so you can connect with everyone. It requires care when using, but this freeware executable eliminates unwanted Registry keys. Artcut business-like interface sports only a text entry Artcut, a pair of check boxes, and a function button. Using it requires experience editing the Registry. The program does display warning messages, but inexperienced users could easily crash their system by deleting an important Registry key.
